Asena Sonji was born in Tehran, Iran in 1999. In 2017, after moving to Ankara, she worked as project support staff, sales support staff and tender officer in various IT sectors. In 2021, she started her education at Ankara University Faculty of Law, Department of Law. She has received various trainings on IT Law, website design, public procurement legislation and various trainings. She speaks fluent Farsi and intermediate English. She is currently working in the international department of Seyhan Law Office in many areas such as foreigners law, citizenship law, IT law.
Zehra Yaren Subaşı
She was born on 03.12.1999. She started her high school education at Ankara Hasanoğlan Science High School and after studying for 2 years, she transferred to Ankara Ayrancı Anatolian High School-Chinese department and graduated in 2018. In 2019, she started her education at Izmir Bakırçay University Faculty of Law and graduated as an honor student with an average of 3.38 in 2023. Subaşı, who received trainings and certificates in various fields including effective communication, recently attended and successfully completed the Advanced Training Program in KVKK and IT Law. She speaks intermediate level English and beginner level Chinese. Subaşı, who continues her legal internship at the Ankara Bar Association, actively works in the fields of Labor Law, Bankruptcy and Execution Law, Corporate Law, Energy Law at Seyhan Law Firm.
Farida Babbuchieva
Farida Babbuchieva was born in 1999 in Kislovodsk, Russia. In 2019, she graduated from the Institute of Law of the North Caucasus Federal University and then entered the Master of Laws program, which she successfully completed in 2021. At the same time, she worked in a courthouse in Stavropol, Russia.
In 2022, she participated in a scholarship program and won a scholarship to enter a university in Turkey. She completed her master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law at Ankara Social Sciences University.
Her main area of interest is intellectual property law, especially copyright infringement and IT law. She speaks Russian and Turkish, has an intermediate level of English and continues her English language studies.
Haldun BARIŞ
Haldun Barış was born in Elazığ in 1996. He graduated in 2014 from Kaya Karakaya Science High School and in 2020 from Ankara University Faculty of Law. During his university years, he participated in trainings in many think tank organizations and coordinated many projects. He won the first prize in the article competition organized by LDT(Association for Liberal Thinking) in 2019 and the third prize in the article competition organized by the same organization in 2021. In 2020, he prepared and coordinated a pr project for the Taiwan Economic and Cultural Mission.
His main areas of interest are commercial and corporate law, contract law, compliance, digitalization and IT law, tax law, citizenship law, PR and lobbying, finance and financial mathematics. Av. Haldun Barış has organized the investments of many foreign companies in Turkey, completed their establishment and compliance processes and provided consultancy services. In the field of corporate law, he handles cases such as general assembly, dissolution, trademark, receivables and merger processes, and follows up various lawsuits of foreign real persons, especially those of Russian, Persian and Chinese origin. He also acts as a tax consultant for many foreign real and legal persons.
He regularly writes articles and columns on different platforms and is active in various CSOs. He speaks English at intermediate level, Persian and Russian at beginner level and continues his English-Russian language education.
Osman ALTUNTAŞ
He was born in 1992 in Ankara. He graduated from Ayyıldız Anatolian High School in 2010 and started his education at Çankaya University Faculty of Law in the same year and completed his undergraduate education in 2014.
In 2012, he started to work as a student/intern at Seyhan Law Office and successfully continued his business and education life for 2 years.
After graduation, he completed his official internship in our office and continues to work as a lawyer in our staff with Ankara Bar Association registration number 28397.

Bülent SEYHAN
Born in 1965 in Ankara, he graduated from Ankara Atatürk High School and Ankara University Faculty of Law. He has been a columnist on Investor problems and CMB legislation for many years in PLATIN, the National Economy magazine published in our country, and has made significant contributions to the formation of today’s Capital Markets legislation (Borsa Istanbul). He has provided consultancy services to many brokerage houses for long periods of time. He was a founding partner of PROFAR (Professional Research Company), Chairman of the Energy Board of the Ankara Bar Association, and served on the editorial board of the Petroleum Market and Energy. He provides consultancy services to national and international fuel oil companies, domestic and foreign investors operating and wishing to operate in the renewable energy sector; license transactions, project selection, finance, technical legal and administrative issues throughout the investment process until the production stage.
