Deniz Mete OZCAN was born on June 13, 1999 in Aktobe, Kazakhstan. He continued his secondary education in Kazakhstan until 2009, and then moved with his family to Ankara. While OZCAN studied at the Faculty of Law of the University of Hacettepe, he studied for some time at the Universidade NOVA de Lisboa in the Portuguese capital as part of the Erasmus program. He speaks Russian, English and Turkish at a professional level. He currently works in the international department of the Seyhan Law Office in many areas, including foreign law, labor law, civil law, commercial law and more.

Gamze Şahin has  graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2023. During her education, she completed online programs of many foreign universities. She actively participated in different student organizations. She attended the Legal English course organized by the The Research Institute of Banking and Commercial Law. She speaks fluent English and intermediate German. She works in various fields such as Corporate Law, International Law, Labor Law.
